IP Address and Logging

Our policy is simple: we never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. The security of your personal information is very important to us and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. Top Shelf CRM has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our web site.

Top Shelf CRM’s server logs information about visitors, including IP addresses, date/time visited, referring website, length of stay, etc. This information is used for site statistics only. When you visit the topshelfcrm.com web site, we capture the internet provider’s domain name and country that you came from (e.g., ‘aol.com‘) and the paths taken as you move from page to page within our site (i.e., your “click stream” activity).

We collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page; the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, as well as information volunteered by the visitor, such as preferences, survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used only by Top Shelf CRM for the purpose of following up on your interests. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them.

Ad Servers: To try and bring you offers that are of interest to you, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our Web pages. As a result of your visit to our site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address, and clickstream information. For further information, consult the privacy policies of Google.

Cookies: Top Shelf CRM uses cookies in order for its server to recognize a return visitor as a unique user. Cookies are small text files placed in the ‘Cookies’ folder on a visitor’s hard disk and allow Top Shelf CRM to remember the visitor. The cookies placed by the Top Shelf CRM server are readable only by Top Shelf CRM, and cookies cannot access, read or modify any other data on a computer. All web-browsers offer the option to refuse any cookie. If a visitor refuses the Top Shelf CRM cookie, Top Shelf CRM does not gather any information on that visitor, but doing so will require you to re-enter certain information at each visit, or prevent us from customizing the site’s features according to your preferences. You may also delete a cookie manually from your hard drive. Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information. We do link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.  If our information practices change at some time in the future: we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.

Communication from Top Shelf CRM: We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, and events. Top Shelf CRM customers will by default receive our monthly customer newsletter. By submitting a form on the Top Shelf CRM website or at a Top Shelf CRM event, you agree that we may contact you by telephone, email or other means. If you wish to subscribe to our electronic newsletter(s), you can do so on our homepage. We will use your email address to send the newsletter to you.

Out of respect of your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications.
